Official Rules
1. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen [18] years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Industrial Market, The Adhesive and Sealant Council and its affiliates or member companies are not eligible.
- Void where prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter
- Complete the survey during the promotion period to receive one (1) entry into the drawing.
- Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): No purchase or survey completion necessary to enter or win. To enter without completing the survey, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a plain 3″ x 5″ card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 25, 2025 and received by October 31, 2025 to be eligible.
- Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
- All entries have an equal chance of winning.
3. Promotion Period
- The promotion begins on Monday, October 7, 2025 at 7 AM EDT and ends on Friday, October 31, 2025 at midnight EDT.
- Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
4. Prize
- Three (3) winners will receive a $100 Visa gift card.
- Approximate retail value (ARV): $100. Total ARV of all prizes: $300.
- Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be made except at the sponsor’s discretion.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 7, 2005.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing.
- If the winner does not respond within 30 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. General Conditions
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final.
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
- By accepting the prize, winner grants [Company/Organization] the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Release and Limitations of Liability
- By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Industrial Market Insight, The Adhesive and Sealant Council, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or receipt/use of the prize.
